Do you want to be more active, but don’t like going to the gym? Do you just want to go home and relax after a day of work and activities? Are you tired of people thinking that you’re anti-social?
If you’re answered yes to any of the above, you’ve come to the right place. We are introverts. And you will likely relate to the image.
We are often misunderstood. People think we’re anti-social or we hate people. Nothing can be further from the truth. Granted, a few of us might actually be anti-social or even hate people. But I honestly believe that the vast majority of us just need time to recharge after a day of work or school or doing whatever with people. We, introverts, really treasure our time to reflect.
Here, we can relax. I’ll post something about my exercise (walking) programs, my writings, my life, or a book I’m reading, or a TV show I’m watching or something else, you can read them if they interest you, and comment. I hope you do comment and maybe share, so we can have a discussion. I do plan to start an online book club, if the interest exists.
A little bit about myself. I spent my early years in Hong Kong when it was still a British territory, then I went on to Honolulu, Seattle and now live in the Greater Cincinnati area. I used to work as an accountant, then opted to stay home to raise my four wonderful children.
I’m also a cradle Catholic. However, I was a nominal one for some time. Fortunately, I found my way home. For the last decade or so, I’ve been learning more about my Faith. Hence, there’s also a page for Catholic topics.
So, fellow introverts (and friends), I invite you to join me by following this blog. Thanks for reading! Let's keep in touch. Just one click to follow me:
